Registering Vacation or Unavailability in Behandlernettverk

If you're going on vacation or otherwise unavailable, it's essential to update your status in Behandlernettverk. This prevents patients from booking appointments during your absence. Also, update your availability in the clinic's booking system.


How to register unavailability:

  1. Select the correct practitioner profile If you have multiple profiles, set them all to unavailable. You need an active profile to proceed. See the guide "Creating a Practitioner Profile".
  2. Click "Edit" on your profile page Scroll down and click the "Edit" button.
  3. Check "Unavailable" at the bottom Once selected, specify the period and reason. Use the calendar icon or enter the dates manually. If the end date is unknown, leave it blank. Remember to update your status once you're available again.


Click "Save" to apply the changes.
