How to Add a Practitioner to Your Clinic

This guide shows you how to connect a practitioner to your clinic or digital service using Behandlernettverk.

  1. Go to “Company”

  2. Select the clinic or digital service

  3. Invite the practitioner – they’ll receive an email to log in and accept.

  4. Once accepted, click “Add” to connect them.

  5. Ensure their status is set to Online and save.


Done! The practitioner should now appear with a green online status.


Tip: Activate online booking and ensure at least one practitioner is registered.


Frequently Asked Questions


What does Online and Offline mean?

  • Online: Practitioners with Online status can receive real-time bookings directly in their calendar, including all customer and insurance details.

  • Offline: Practitioners with Offline status cannot receive bookings through the portal. Bookings must be handled manually, which may lead to missed opportunities.


Why is the Booking Status button disabled?

  • Check if Online Booking is enabled in the clinic overview.

  • At least one practitioner must be registered at the clinic to activate this button.
