How to Add or Change Administrator in Behandlernettverk

Changing or adding an administrator must be done through our customer service to ensure proper access control.


Steps to Follow

The current administrator must confirm who should be given administrator rights. This can be done in two ways:

  1. Replace current administrator – The new administrator takes over the role.

  2. Add a new administrator – The company or clinic may have multiple administrators.


Requirements for New Administrator

The new administrator must have a registered account in Behandlernettverk.

  • Full name of the new administrator
